Return Policy
Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and certificates.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original certificate of authenticity
- Included with all tags and labels attached
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and security reasons:
- Custom-made or bespoke jewelry pieces
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Deductions
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of 5% may apply for certain high-value items
- Customs duties and international taxes are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or style within the return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchange Process

- Return the original item following our return procedure
- Once received, we will ship the replacement item
- Price differences will be adjusted accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
Immediate Notification
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the damage and the packaging.
Resolution
We will arrange for:
- Free return shipping
- Immediate replacement if available
- Full refund if replacement is not possible

Place the item in its original packaging with all certificates and tags. Include the original invoice.
Ship the Package
Use a trackable shipping service and insure the package for its full value. Send to our return address provided by customer service.
International Returns

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs documentation must be properly completed
- Refunds will be processed in the original currency
- Bank transfer fees may apply for international refunds
